How many participants can join to a session?
The number of participants varies depending on your plan. The Basic Plan allows up to 20, the Standard Plan up to 100, and the Pro Plan allows up to 300 participants in your classes. Review the details on each plan's page to find the right plan for your needs and class type.
How many people can use the plan to teach classes?
Each plan is designed to be used by a single instructor at a time in different classrooms, ensuring optimal performance and control for each instructor, both during their class and with their students.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We strive to provide you with safe and convenient purchasing options.
What class dynamics does Tich have?
Tich lets you create unforgettable classes with interactive tools like open-ended or predetermined questions that help you liven up the class mood, a whiteboard that facilitates explanations and can be a place for students to contribute to the class, a wheel of fortune so that those who have yet to give their opinion are encouraged to comment, a live chat, and the option to divide your students into work teams, in Breakout rooms, independent spaces for groups to develop a topic and then return to their class.
How does the subscription service work? Can I cancel my subscription?
You can choose a monthly or annual plan. Upon purchase, you gain immediate access to all Tich tools. The subscription renews automatically, but you can cancel it from your account at any time.
Can I pay quarterly or more than a year in advance?
We currently offer monthly or annual payment options. If you choose annual payment, you'll receive a special discount. If you're interested in a different payment plan, please contact us.
